What a fun couple! Emily had some really great ideas for incorporating John’s marine life into her wedding. She had his last name from his uniform sewed in her dress, and passed out American flags to guests for their recieveing line.

Emily & John had a tradional Catholic Ceremony, followed by a dance-filled reception at the Sunnybrook Ballroom. I suggested the idea of getting a giant American flag to use against the barn for some great photos. Emily was able to pull it off with the help of some friends hodling it up!

The night ended with a tribute to John, a marine, with the song “Proud to be an American,” by Lee Greenwood. Friends hoisted him up in the air and the entire party saluted him for his service.
